DELIVERY POLICY
Independent Catering will credit your child's account within 8 working hours of the completed Paypal transaction. In most instances this means that if we receive payment before 8am then the additional credit will be available for the child to use by lunch time.
REFUNDS POLICY
As part of our commitment to quality customer service, Independent Catering are happy to refund any unused credit from your child's account. In order to claim any unused funds please send a request in writing to our main office marked 'Online Refund'.
