We enjoy the challenge of creating delicious, imaginative menus that tempt
every pupil to make healthy and nutritious choices. Fresh ingredients
give tasty, balanced and exciting meals at terrific value for money that
will make any lunchtime a highlight of the day and the catering service
an asset to your School.
The way that choices are priced and served encourages pupils to include
fruit and vegetables with their meals and we limit the days on which fried
foods (and chips) are served.
Drinking water is available to all. Sugary drinks are not served.

"Since changing from our last, Council wide contracted provider, our school meals have become a focal part of the social scene within our school. Meals taken have increased from 87 per day ( before having Independent Catering) to being between 240 and 260 per day. Lunchtime behaviour is much improved as the children are well-nourished and content. The presentation and quality of the food is fantastic. Each portion is a balanced meal and children love the fact that the meal they order in the morning at registration is the meal they receive at lunchtime. The coloured bands and menus on the website mean that all the parents and children are involved in their meal choices. We now have a Restaurant Committee which meets once each half term and it is this committee, made up of all parties involved in the meals contract but with a majority of pupils, guides our thoughts in terms of menu and service.
